Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the lodge left me feeling a bit conflicted. The property managers, Nathan and Aralia, were absolutely fantastic and really did everything they could to enhance our experience. However, for nearly $400 a night, I expected more from the room and amenities. The room had decent features but was marred by poor views and noise from other guests. The breakfast was extremely basic for the price point, too. Still, the charming village nearby and the warm atmosphere made for a unique experience.
I had a delightful stay at this charming lodge, which was beautifully maintained and offered a clean, cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room added to the experience, and I truly appreciated the lovely view and unique features. However, I did encounter some noise from neighboring areas that was a bit distracting. Overall, the lodge provides a tranquil escape with some minor hiccups that didn't overshadow the enjoyable experience.
This hotel offers a mix of beautiful views and clean rooms, but it falls short in service and dining. Some rooms are luxurious, while others have issues like limited hot tub facilities. The location is convenient, just a minute's drive from town, but the maintenance and engagement from staff leave much to be desired.
Our stay at The Retreat Suite had its perks, like the nice room itself, but was marred by a loud TV from the next suite, which made sleeping difficult. There were some discomforts, like the lack of darkness from the glass door and confusing remotes for the TV. Overall, it was a lovely hotel with great potential, but our experience was tainted by attention to detail.
My stay at the Grand Lodge was absolutely delightful! Nestled in the trees with beautiful views, it felt like a peaceful retreat while still being just a short walk from town. I loved the amenities, including the lovely cabana and various decks. However, I did notice some issues with the mattress and the air conditioning unit that made sleeping a bit challenging.
